Hi, I’m Jessa, counsellor and owner of Trueself Counselling—so glad you’re here! I hold my MPCC-Provisional (Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling) with CPCA #4638.

I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed counselling for adults, teens, and young adults, supporting challenges like anxiety, stress, burnout, relationships, and life transitions. Sessions are available in-person in Coquitlam or securely online across BC.

• Individual Counselling – Stress, anxiety, confidence, boundaries, emotional regulation
• Teen & Young Adult Counselling – Identity, resilience, school/friend/family stress
• Relationship & Couples Counselling – Communication, connection, emotional safety, conflict navigation
• Virtual Counselling – Same care from the comfort of home

Session Options

• Individual: 20, 50 or 90 minutes
• Couples: 50, 90, or 120 minutes
• Extended Intensive: 4 hours (therapist-approved)

Policies & Fees

• Cancellations: 24+ hours’ notice required; <24h or missed sessions = 50% fee
